Principal Activities
All types of investment banking activities including Corporate Finance, Asset Management, Direct Investment, Consumer Finance and Management Advisory Services.
Direct Investments
GIH is to establish, jointly with strategic business partners, a company in the financial services and investment banking industry and in selected growth sectors in the region. A specialized Offshore Bank (GFH) has already been established and is operating in Bahrain.
Consumer Financing
GIH in depth knowledge and expertise of its customer appetite and supplier and requirements of Kuwait and the regional markets. GIH has already established consumer finance activity through Osoul Leasing & Financing company in Kuwait and has plans for several such companies in other Middle East countries.
Investment Funds
GIH is structuring and developing asset based investment products of short to medium term tenors through various Islamic structures for its institutional and individual clients thus providing a wider and better range of investment vehicles to investors through funds and portfolio management.
Real Estate Products
GIH is developing real estate investment products to provide the investors with opportunities to invest in real estate and participate in the development of real estate development projects in the Gulf region, Middle East, Europe, USA and other promising markets.
Corporate Finance and Advisory
GIH has the capability to provide structured financing alone or in syndication with other financial institutions in Sharia compatible structures. Also GIH can provide wide spectrum of consultancy services in private placements, IPOs, feasibility studies and mergers and acquisition.
