Manufacturing of Spiral Welded Steel Pipes from 6 inch to 120 inch diameter, maximum wall thickness 1 inch. Pipes are manufactured from 6 inch diameter to 60 inch diameter as per API 5L specifications, maximum wall thickness 1 inch up to grade X-70, observing strict quality control procedures. Corrosion protection coating and lining on steel pipe using 3 Layer Polyethylene Coating, Epoxy Coating & Lining, cement Lining and Rubber Lining.
John Pickle Middle East (JPME) the Pressure Vessels Manufacturing Division of KPIOS, Design, Manufacture Pressure Vessels & Processing Assemblies for the Gas, Oil, Refinery, Petrochemicals and Water & Power Industries. JPME manufacture large scale of specialty Vessels including carbon steel, stainless steel, cladded, internally coated & weld overlayed vessels; such as Desalters, Separators, Column Filters, Reactors, K.O. Drums, Scrubbers, Heaters, Stacks flares, Pig Launcher/Receiver, Storage & Chemical Tanks, JPME Division is certified to ISO 9001 by Lloyd's Register. JPME is authorized to use ASME Code Stamps "U", "U2", "S" and "PP" as well as the National Board "R", "NB" stamps.
